In 2012 we built our own CRM with phone calling baked in, back when nobody had that. It took a lot of effort, and for years it was better than anything you could buy off the shelf. I've spent more than twenty years building and running businesses here in Texas, and I've learned how much the right technology matters, and how painful the wrong technology is.
